Cancellation and Payments Policy

Classes cancelled less than 12 hours prior will be deducted from your account. No show fee of $15 will be applied to unattended reservation from unlimited members.

Cancellations or suspensions on automated memberships require 2 week notice. We are not responsible for any charges applied to customer’s accounts in that time frame. Cancellation fee of $200 (with exclusion of health or moving related reasons) will be applied to certain memberships if canceled within one year from sign up date.

Payments for classes and workshops are always due prior to the event. Workshop fees are non refundable. Late cancel or "no-show" will result in non-refundable payment. A $15 late/no show fee will be applied to the Unlimited Members (includes all memberships). Early cancel may be refunded if requested. 12 hour cancellation window is required to request a refund for a cancellation or a "no-show"(exceptions may apply).

In case of class pack expiring but classes still remaining, a purchase of the same value will be required to reactivate the expired classes.

Gift cards expire within 12 months from purchase date.

 We accept all major credit cards as well as cash payments. CC service fee of 4% will be applied to all card payments. We do not accept checks.

Eligible Purchases Only – Discount applies only to regular-priced class packages and or memberships listed as part of the promotion. Private sessions, drop-in classes, retail merchandise, workshops, special events, gift cards, memberships, and any other non-package services are excluded unless explicitly stated.

  1. New Purchases – Offer is valid on new purchases only. It cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased packages, existing credits, or ongoing memberships.

  2. Non-Transferable – Packages purchased under this Offer are for the original buyer’s use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

  3. No Cash Value – The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, or combined with any other promotion, coupon, or discount, including intro offers, student/senior discounts, or referral rewards.

  4. Limitations – Solntse Hot Yoga reserves the right to limit the number of discounted packages per customer and to verify customer identity to prevent misuse.

  5. Expiration & Activation – All regular expiration rules of the package apply. Packages must be activated within the stated period after purchase. No extensions or refunds will be granted due to missed classes or non-use.

  6. Final Sale – All discounted purchases are final. No exchanges, refunds, or modifications will be permitted once the transaction is completed.

  7. Right to Cancel – Solntse Hot Yoga reserves the right to cancel or modify the Offer at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or technical error.
