Colleen Rubio Colleen discovered the art of yoga when she started adding it into her fitness routine about 7 years ago. When she noticed that her practice was bringing balance into her life, yoga quickly took over as her go to and her physical, emotional and spiritual journey on her mat really began. Since then her passion for her practice has grown with each passing day.  Colleen received her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Always-At-Aum Yoga School and is currently working on her 500 hr Certificate. She is also certified to teach Kids Yoga, SUP Yoga and has additional training in Hot Yoga.  As a teacher and a forever student she is humbled every time she gets to share her practice and is able to help others find the possibility for growth and transformation. The most gratifying thing for Colleen is to see students "fall in love" with their practice and learn how to breathe on and off the mat. As a mother of 3 and a freelance bookkeeper she understands the challenge of finding time for yourself but believes in the importance of doing so.

Ina Pollifrone-Visich Newly graduated yoga teacher and local entrepreneur, who opened a Solntse Hot Yoga studio in Wading River because she fell in love with yoga several years ago and wanted to show that love to people in the community, which lacked a local studio. The studio offers free meditation sessions and other workshops to help educate the community on how beneficial practicing yoga is to ones' physical and emotional health. By opening the studio Ina was hoping to help a lot of people to overcome health issues and live better and healthier lives by integrating yoga into their everyday routines.   As a beginner yogi herself, Ina focuses her classes on sharing important  knowledge about all the limbs of yoga rather than just the physical Asana practice, including pranayama and mudra exercises. Her classes are very well balanced and designed to work on all of the areas of the physical and emotional body.

Jessica Anson Jess began her yoga journey while studying environmental sciences at Cornell University. Yoga quickly became a tool for handling the stress of studies, staying active and managing lymphedema, a chronic condition that causes swelling of the limbs. The connection of breath and movement in the practice helped her cultivate a greater awareness of her body. Yoga helped her change the way she thinks about body image, so she decided to help others achieve the benefits of self-love and acceptance through teaching yoga. Jess received her RYT-200 at Always-At-Aum Yoga School in December 2015. Her classes are in the Vinyasa-style and a mix of challenging and dynamic poses to inspire students to connect their mind, body and spirit. Jess encourages her students to explore and play in a judgement-free way while honoring their bodies.
