Schedule Overview

ALL OF THE CLASSES WELCOME BEGINNERS! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE SCHEDULE ON MINDBODY BEFORE ATTENDING THE CLASSES. 

Barre Classes require grippy socks, which you can purchase on your own or in the studio.

(While we do understand that life gets in the way of our plans sometimes and extend the waiting time for a couple of minutes before we close the front door, unfortunately once the door is locked no late students will be accepted into the yoga room. Please refer to yoga room etiquette for any further questions.)

5pm - Core Yoga Flow (Barre+Yoga)

7pm - Beginner Hot Yoga

8:30am - Vinyasa Yoga(Non-Hot, All Levels)

10am - Barre
